 Good sleep is also very important for good health.  In sports, a person gets tired and sleep becomes tired when tired.  If you are not feeling sleepy, make a habit of playing your favorite sport.

 The rope jump played in childhood is very useful even when grown up.  The rope jumper keeps your health as well as the fat stored on the body is also reduced.  Rope jumping is a good exercise for the feet as well as the heart.

 Playing badminton is also a good option to improve health.  Playing it not only entertains you, but also keeps your health up.  It can also be a good exercise for your muscles.

 It is better to sit at home in free time and watch TV than to do some sports.  This will not only entertain you, but will also make you healthier.  Everyone in India has a special interest in cricket, so there is no need to motivate you much for it.

 Put on your swimming dress and go swimming.  Hydrotherapy is a very good exercise and it will make you feel refreshed.

 Get out and ride your bicycle, you can do this in the morning or evening.  10 - 12 miles / hour is appropriate for most people but you can also burn more calories by cycling at high altitude or cycling faster.

 It's old to meet up with friends at a coffee house.  Instead, football can be played at a nearby ground with friends.  It is also an easy way to grow a relationship.
