 Many times, the youngsters take a pledge to build a body with enthusiasm but soon give up.  Do not do this, body building is a complicated process.  It also sometimes takes time.

 * Eat healthy diet

 A healthy diet is very important to get a good body.  After exercise, if the body does not get the necessary nutrients, then it does not work.  Eggs, fish, milk, dry fruits etc. must be included in your diet.

 * Increase protein intake

 If the muscles are to be made fast, do not reduce the protein intake.  Fish, banana, lentils, milk, curd etc. are rich in protein.  You can also use protein powder if you want, but only on the advice of a doctor.

 * Rules to do exercise

 To get an attractive body, there are some exercise rules that must be followed such as:

 * Start with a warm-up first.  Light running, push ups, stretches etc. heat your body.

 * Keep a schedule of going to the gym.  Do not do more than 25-30 sets at a time.

 * Do not ignore basic exercises like push-ups, triceps dips, power langes, abdominal crunch, back extensions.

 * Bicep and tricep exercises make your hand muscles.  While doing these, try to lift heavy weight.

 * Weight training is the most important to make muscles.  Whatever exercise you do, try to reach a higher level by starting with light weight.

 It is very important to have the right instructor while doing weight training.  Choose a gym that has good coaches.

 * Must eat something after exercise in the gym.  This helps the body to gain strength quickly.

 * It is a good option to tie weight belts while doing deadlifts, presses etc.

 Exercise for every part of the body.  Like do push ups for chest, do overhead dumbbell press for triceps, crunch for stomach.

 * Take complete rest and sleep

 The body becomes very tired in the gym or during bodybuilding process.  At least 7-8 hours of sleep should be taken at this time.

 With the above tips, drink more water, eat vitamins, eat more food frequently and focus on your physical development.  Many people think that going to the gym for a week or two makes a good body, this is completely wrong.

 Also, a common mistake that most people make is not taking the right diet.  The body needs extra calories while going to the gym or building a body.  In this case, do not panic by consuming more calories, it will not increase obesity because you are spending that much calories in the gym easily.
